Shipping Policy
All orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm are dispatched the next working day. As all orders are dispatched on working days, orders placed after 3pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
Postage to UK addresses should arrive the day after we have dispatched your parcel. We dispatch all UK orders using Royal Mail's 24 hour parcel service (1st class), so your order will be delivered by your postman.
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund if faulty or broken.
If you change your mind about your purchase, and you let us know within 14 days of receiving it,
we will offer a credit note for the full purchase price.
Personalised goods cannot be cancelled or refunded once the print work has been completed.
